The Wayfarer World replaced the Wayfarer Mk3, and has a more modern look and cleaner lines than earlier models. Built from GRP, the World incorporates built-in buoyancy, a self-draining cockpit, a spinnaker chute, and the removal of woodwork which greatly reduces maintenance. Effective stainless steel self-bailers and transom flaps quickly remove any water from the boat. This Wayfarer World number 10042 was built by Porters in 1999, and we’re now selling to make way for a larger boat.
• Hull in excellent condition with few marks or scratches.

This Wayfarer, fitted with a 40kg ballasted centreboard, makes this the most stable 16ft Cruiser ever designed and built.

She comes with:
An assortment of sails including her Wayfarer mainsail with number and a spare (without number) Two different sized gibs and a spinnaker. Although she isn’t rigged for a spinnaker.
The rear seats have bee... read more
I have a small company in France / North brittany Puffins Trek - Randonnée nautique à la voile and I am looking for new commercial partners near Plymouth to import second-hand cruising dinghies (all types) from UK to France.
I'm arranging transport and customs obligations, I only need a partner (not necessarily professional as I can buy boats from individuals) to drop the boat at Plymouth harbour (unaccompagnied trailer > ferry line Plymouth-Roscoff).
Thank you for sharing and do not hesitate to contact me by private message to discuss further !
Cheers,... read more
