This is Wayfarer sail number 45. She was built by Small Craft in Southampton, in the same week as Wayferer 48, Frank Dye's famous ocean-crossing boat which is now in a museum. She is in excellent condition throughout, having been re-decked a few years ago. Her paint and varnish are excellent, mast and standing and running rigging are good. The sails have recently been overhauled and a buoyancy bag has been added to the top panel of the mainsail to prevent the boat inverting if capsized. There is a road trailer and launching trolley on servicable condition, but they do not ride piggy-back. When not in use, she is kept indoors.
