Wooden boat stored in garage for sale with launching trolley and road trailer. Recent deck repair work and all in full working order. Been sailed last 8 years on sailing lake at West Kirby. I bought this boat in February 2012 in preparation for the 2012 Worlds in Looe where it finished 14th. It has not disappointed thereafter with some impressive results including a 3rd at 2013 Midland areas..... It has 2 year old Goacher Sails, Laminate Main, PnB Spinnaker, Speeds Genoa. Lots of TLC has been spent on the boat improving the ease of race-ability by upgrading sheets, halyards, cleats & pulleys to make it more user friendly to compete. Custom Selden main-sheet jammer. Hull in good condition for age (1958) , sails in excellent condition with no marks or stains almost new condition ,main, genoa and jib with original sail numbers. This pretty, early boat has been gently renovated in recent years. Prior to our ownership (6 years) it had been sympathetically strengthened and a front buoyancy chamber added. It has dark-stained varnished decks, a varnished wood interior, including floor slats, set over a black-painted hull. Solid mahogany frames,rudder and centreboard, many bronze fittings, original wooden mast.Same owner 40 years, used for family cruising on lakes when family young,laid up for 12 years, recently restored.
